We offer comprehensive chiropractic services designed to help individuals and families move better, feel better, and stay active. Care at Windy Ridge Chiropractic begins with a focused evaluation to identify the root cause of your symptoms and guide a treatment plan tailored to your goals.
Treatment may include chiropractic adjustments, the Webster Technique for pregnancy, dry needling therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), functional movement taping, and personalized care plans that support recovery and long-term health.
Our clinic focuses on whole-family care, providing chiropractic services for adults, athletes, pregnancy, and pediatric patients so every stage of life can benefit from healthy movement and effective care.
This is a soft tissue therapy using specially shaped instruments to smooth scarred or knotted muscle and fascial tissue. This therapy is great for post surgical scars, chronic injuries, and even chronic pain.
This is a therapy involving inserting fine, solid needles into tight, inflamed, or knotted tissues inorder to relax and improve blood flow. This can be the game changer for long-term soft tissueconditions that have failed to respond to exercise, stretching, or adjusting alone.

I chose to pursue massage therapy after experiencing the benefits first-hand. I had sustained injuries from working manual labor and powerlifting in my early and mid-20’s. After receiving effective massage treatment sessions, I was soon on my way to full range of movement and being pain-free. Having experienced these changes I began my journey into massage therapy. I wanted to build a career helping people whose lives and mobility were impacted and hindered by pain. Taking a scientific and evidence-based approach, I have been able to help my clients reduce their pain and help prevent further injury. I have worked alongside several Physical Therapists and Chiropractors for 6 years. I have been fortunate to have had their mentorship along the way. I utilize Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, MFR (also known as Myofascial Release), Neuromuscular Therapy, Cupping, Kinesio Taping, Gaston and MET (Muscle Energy Technique).
